I listened to the audiobook, which could have been better. It’s always a little strange when there’s a male narrator and he has to imitate a female voice (who is the main character).

The simplest ideas are often the best ideas. There is nothing complex about the leadership concepts presented in this book, but I believe they are very important for leaders to understand. A definite must read!

Really nice, short book on leadership told in the form of a parable.

A bit hokey but that also helps drives the message home. I think the SERVE leadership model is a good one!
