Another great Lark book, classic. Would love another book in this world to see the Black family interplay

I liked the first 4 boosm of the series, good plot and amazing chemistry but from the 5th book on it turns from 1st person to 3rd person. Wish i personally dont like because i cant get into the story without bothering me

The plot was good the first half but as soon the second half came it felt so rushed. But it was fun getting to know the characters from a previous book!

Violet writes and sings all her own songs for extra cash. So when her guitar is stolen her shitty day gets worse. She is beyond devastated knowing her mothers guitar is forever gone and now she won't be able to pay her rent even with her two jobs. When the Russian mafia shows an interest in her she starts to get worried. Anton is thrown into a conflicting roll of not knowing what exactly to do. This was an interesting one with lots of conflicts. They are definitely not my favorite characters.

This book would have been better if I'd read it before Roman. I didn't feel the chemistry between Anton and Violet in this, but did in Roman. There wasn't much anxst.
