This book was a lot of fun! A terrific storyline, great characters and an interesting world that it all belongs to! Dragon shifters are pretty awesome, so a dragon shifter reverse harem automatically gets my attention! The MC aspect is really cool for these dragons too, especially when it comes to their motorbikes. Thea lives with her family, her coven. Every now and again they take her blood to "heal" some of the other witches in the coven. But maybe things are not as they seem and finding some indepence could lead to so much more of a life. I loved the twists and turns of this story and the steamy tension.

This was a somewhat interesting Standalone read, the story was unique although the MC aspect seemed unnecessary and pointless.
The guys are all brothers with black hair and blue eyes and similar personalities, it was one of those RH's where I had trouble telling some of them apart.
I thought this would be a nice slower-burn read but, instead of spreading out the "mating" scenes throughout the book the author wrote them all as a group back-to-back mating session at the very end of the book after the plot had been concluded, and honestly, I was bored and skipped over most of it.

I get so excited when these two authors do a co-write together. Not only do you have fantastic authors (individually), but they both vibe so well together. This was such an amazing way to start this shared world. I did wish that there was more of an actual MC feel to it, however that didn't take much away from me enjoying this story. A major plus, was how protective and willing to do anything for our FMC....and of course dragons!! Can't wait to check more of this shared world!!

Separate and when writing together these two authors are always a one-click read for me. Some authors are able to flawlessly collaborate and M Sinclair and RL Caulder have perfected this relationship.

Like their previous collabs, I know to expect an engrossing story, lovable characters and a great combination of action, adventure and romance. I was not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed this read.

This was part of a shared world and it has piqued my interest to read others from this series. Can’t wait to see the spin that other authors have done!

Overall this book was pretty good. The MC aspect of this book was almost none existent. Yes they had bikes and they way they bonded with the bikes was interesting but it wasn’t really an intricate part of the story line. As for the characters I really enjoyed the men. Aiden was actually my favorite. This is totally an insta love story bc they are fated mates and the men have been longing for their missing mate but it didn’t really bother me (usually I don’t like the insta love stories). Thea was also a good character but she cried a little too much for me. I mean, always crying. I get that her world was totally turned upside down and she w not through a lot of crap so I was a little more understanding towards her but if all the books have FC like this it’s going to get old for me. I might read more of this series but I’ll probably take a break and read something else first.

3.5 stars, rounded up.

What worked:
I love the premise! Sometimes when I’m in a really weird reading mood, motorcycle club romances are the only answer, and this one was supremely unique in because it was that and so much more. The shifters and magic really added something interesting to the tropes! I also liked that this was a very loose Rapunzel retelling! I also really liked that the FMC didn’t spend half the book trying to escape her fated mates. I love a FMC that realizes how lucky they are to have a mate!

What didn’t work:
This is a very surface level book, in the sense that you get what you get and there’s no intricate plots, high stakes, twists and turns. If that’s what you’re looking for, then this is perfect, but I wish the authors would have spent more time on the FMC’s struggles with learning her life had been a lie. I also think the four MMCs were a little too similar and blended together just a tad.

This was a cute stand alone story! Just enough action to keep me engaged while still building an awesome world. The love between Thea and her mates is so pure. Definitely recommend

FMC is a Special Snowflake Bimbo.
Yes, she suffers from brain washing, but the clues are slap you in the face obvious at times, and she responds by running away, pretending you didn’t say it, understand, or cry’s.

There is so much else I could complain about, but her helpless personality, and soft spoken words, that alone was enough to send me running.

I’m only giving it 2 ⭐️ and not 1, cause the writing was technically well done, and deserves acknowledging.
Others may very well find this to their tastes.

Hooked pretty much immediately. Got a pretty good grasp on the MCs personality by chapter 1, an instant sense of foreboding, and then a quick switch to the men of the story and mapping out more of the world. The beginning was just so nicely done.

Short chapters, cranky men, dragons… I loved it. It’s a standalone so it had to be fast, but have time to develop connections.

I just felt like there was something missing!
