I’m not sure if this is a 4 or 5 star. It’s difficult to say. But the story is so raw and it feels as if this is a true story. A memoir. It felt REAL!
And I couldn’t stop crying at the end.
And I couldn’t stop crying at the end.

I didn't really get attached to the characters, except Josh who gives me the feeling he's a ball of warmth

This thoroughly broke my heart. Being inside of Eden’s thoughts was an extremely raw and emotional, but important reading experience.

Eden deserves so much better. Everyone is being a bitch in this book it was so obvious that she was fucking raped, why wouldn’t anyone pay attention to that?
I cried at the last few chapters and my hand was shaking through the whole book. I feel really connected to Eden because I always feel no one understands me and won’t care to pay attention to me when I need them.
This is a great book but I just can’t stand the characters being assholes, like Mara is Eden’s bestie since they were children’s and she can’t realize what the motherfucker happened to Eden???? (Anyway she just sucks, worst friend ever). And every single one of those fucking boys (except Josh) are being mean like I said it’s so obvious.
I really feel sorry for the author since I read the reviews and learned that she experienced the same thing and she is so brave to write them done. Keep going!!
