One long monologue on the state of american politics pre citizen era but it hasn't changed much. It closes the first arc of the series. The tape case closes with a deus ex machina trope and a cameo of America's favorite captain. Overall that arc was okay depiste the crude graphic style for my taste. Bendis' text wasn't as bad as I was afraid it would be.
