I was really able to connect with this book. I've read a couple self help books in the past but this one felt straight to the point and from a place of knowledge and care rather than privileged advice.  As Dr.Kris being an actual psychologist for several decades, is able to give meaningful advice on overcoming anxiety and breaking out of complacency and avoidance to build meaningful relationships and living our true selves. The book mostly revolves around microdosing bravery so sometimes it felt a little repetitive to me, but ultimately uses each chapter as a session to add ways to microdose bravery to create meaningful and consistent change in our life.
