Bryce's choices are beginning to get on my nerves.

She's lucky to have great friends who put up with her.

I read this for the first time almost exactly a year ago and decided to reread in preparation for Crescent City #3. Nothing beats the first time around because the OMGs were out of this world (wink), but I loved it just as much and devoured it just as easily. Sarah! Why do you do this to me?!

Some thoughts, questions, and reactions from this time around:

Part One:
• Ruhn Danaan most certainly knew three things. (Though, I’d wager he actually knows a whole lot more.)
• Ithan + coffee tables = a dangerous combination
• Winter solstice. WINTER. SOLSTICE?!

Part Two:
• Hunt enjoys listening to audiobooks while at the gym, among other things.
• Can there be too much scenting and sniffing?
• And who knew being sexiled was a thing?
• Tharion’s devotion to Legs is heartwarming.
• Is this rage-daze cure clinically proven?

Part Three:
• He was gone for a day! Sunrise to sunrise!
• Sometimes, an alphahole just needs to have a fit.
• No regrets… Or, maybe a few?
• Lots of truth seeking going on, which seems to be a very hard thing to accomplish…
• … But then it is accomplished and WHAT. IN. THE. ACTUAL?!

Okay okay…. So I was very frustrated while reading this book. 😑 it was A LOT slower than I’m used to from SJM. I mean even TOG hyped it up near the middle of the book…. But come on… this was a rough one to get through.
Why the 5 stars? Well one it’s a great story, it’s just slow. And 2?
It was ALLLLL worth it to go back to Rhys and Feyre and what! Rhys looks like Ruhn?!?! Like whhhhaaattttt
yes it was so slow I wanted to rip my hair out at times but boy was it worth it!

It was a bit rocky with so much information but my god did I love it! Now to start the next, I believe I timed this perfectly!
