This was interesting. Most of the advice seemed quite basic to me but I guess that means I'm doing something right in my relationship. This could definitely be a good reminder for a lot of married couples and could help with making some changes, for example if one can't afford couple's counseling or just wants to learn more about long term relationships/ marriage in general. The book always talked about husband and wives but I think the advice can be applied to same sex spouses and non-married couples as well. Would recommend!

Always grateful for the Gottman’s addition to the world of marriage. This book can be very insightful for couples to read together and discuss.

Este formato resulta melhor em livro físico do que em áudio. No entanto, gostei muito dos conceitos falados, apesar de não sentir que tem neste momento uma utilidade extremamente grande.
