Another recently acquired webcomic in book form, I was so pleased to read this story from the beginning again. Monster Pulse is a quirky and fantastical story about children (well, young teens really) whose body parts are turned into monsters by mysterious ghosts released by the shady organization, Shell.
The core cast, Bina, Abel, West, and Julie, are impossible not to love. The side characters, too, are easy to become attached to. Monster Pulse gets serious fast, but still maintains a charm within the characters' relationships. It's a rich story, great webcomic, and this is only the beginning!
