This can be found online at Baen Books or via podcasts at Podcastle. This mythology is set in Eastern Europe with the narrator Teresa who is a professional monster hunter. After dispatching one monster she is sent to Molovia. The story is engaging with vivid characters and setting. Even though one can predict the ending, the ending was poignant and appropriate.

I wish there was more to know about Teresa. This was a great introduction to a fascinating woman.
