This is valuable as a historical document, but since it was pulled together and published posthumously the pamphlet of the same title from 1940 is probably just as good to read. This is a very detailed account that is largely about identifying individual fascists and fascist groups in the US from 1920s-1941 or so. The introduction and notes by Cannistraro are excellent, however. Salvemini's conclusion - which has his more general recommendations for anti-fascist education and policy is also very interesting as a document. It includes some terrible policy suggestions and some that are less terrible
