THIS WAS THE CREEPIEST BOOK EVER WHEN I WAS NINE
Also, I had completely forgotten everything but the cover (which I remember being much plainer) with the girls in green dresses, and the fact that there were a bunch of clone-types who kept dying. And it had one of those horrible endings where IT'S NOT OVER YET... oh man. Love.
