Part of my 2021-2022 Halo Timeline-order read-a-thon series.
Not much to say here. Collateral Damage is supposed to tie-in with Troy Denning's Master Chief Story saga in theory, but in practice, it is a simultaneously both neck break read and a slog that does nothing for recurring series characters. The only thing keeping it treading water at a flat 1* and not lower is that the art can be fun to look at in some panels, although that also feels half-hearted at times.
