'Long Stories Short' is a heart-warming collection of tales about human relationships and perspectives on life after death. The common thread is that loved ones do not necessarily leave us when they die but continue to watch over us, loving and protecting us until we join them in death.

These stories have a supernatural twist. The first one pulled me right into the suspense. After the initial surprise, however, some of them seemed rather predictable, but they were still all enjoyable. The author has some nice descriptions. What is lacking, though, is more emotion from the characters as tragedies happen to them. Even so, I think you will enjoy these tales.
