I didn't actually know this had been a web comic when I started reading, though I picked that up fairly quickly after the initial introductive panels and once I adjusted to that, I was just really charmed by the playfulness of it all. There's certainly some political themes in here, but most of it is just fun little running jokes and winsome characters going on with their lives...in a world that just happens to be devoid of men. I will never stop thinking about the little girl obsessed with a found DVD of Paul Blart: Mall Cop and having that has her only concept of what men is. It will never stop being funny.

I honestly thought this was going to be a somewhat harrowing post-apocalyptic tale but GOD WAS I WRONG!

Originally a webcomic published on Instagram this is a bunch of 1 to 2 page individual stories about a world in which only women exist. I think because I wasn't expecting it to be funny it made me laugh that much harder. My favourite story is definitely the baseball one (and also everytime they mention Paul Blart Mall Cop)!

What would life be like if men went extinct? This. I want to live in this fantasy world. It seems nice. It seems hopeful. I thought it would be sad or intense, but it was kind and humourous. It was a definite change from what’s going on during the fall of civilization now.

Hilarious, heartwarming, and expressive despite the doodle-like quality of the drawings (in many ways, because of that doodliness). Though there's little plot (a dystopia this ain't), I still laughed out loud and wished 1984 or Herland had been this spot-on and enjoyable.

Enjoyable, with some fun insights and good representation.
