Really rather fun. Glad all the pieces fell into place to make it happen.

I haven't played D&D in aaaaaages so I really really enjoyed this!

While there were some amazingly funny moments (the Hufflepuff line really got me), I felt there were too many inside jokes.
Who, besides a real D&D nerd, would recognized Matt Mercer, Chris Perkins, Satine Pheonix, or even "The Dungeon Master"? Who else would understand the reference to "That Patrick Rothfuss Bullsh*t"? Or "Why not a long rest"?
The massive number of variant covers in the back was also a major let down for me. I was hoping for a fifth issue covering Morty's game and instead got some (albeit decent) paintings.

So good that I took all the power-gamer critiques of Rick personally.
