This comic was a pleasant read. I am a fan of Snow White (both the original Grimm story and the Disney film), and it was nice to see a whole story dedicated to her: the modern princess characters get a lot of attention, but there's something to be said for the classics. The storyline expands the story from Snow White's perspective, most notably the first issue. There is some more direct interaction between the Evil Queen and Snow White, and the biggest shift is a longer sequence with Snow White and the Prince. They meet in the stables first and talk before the famous sequence at the wishing well, which is also expanded. It was a good way to get their relationship across in a medium where music/song cannot be used. Some other castle servants have roles, for Snow White to have someone to talk to besides the animals, and to give exposition. I liked the artwork a lot; it was pretty without being cutesy. Being from Snow White's perspective, don't expect to see the sequences of the Evil Queen turning herself into the hag and making the poison apple, or sequences with the dwarfs when they aren't with Snow White, but that's where the story expansion into her own thoughts is a fun change. I recommend checking it out if you like Disney princesses, especially Snow White.
