I started off not interested and not liking the XVII Legion at all. This was just to see how the Heresy was really started. I ended up despising and hating what they turned into. This was a very well done book that took a few characters I already knew and disliked. Made me slightly sympathetic to them. Just to dash that sympathy against a rock and make me loathe them all.
