Jerusha has been raised in a super strict religious home and breaks free to be an artist. She meets the hottie older daddy next door and it’s game on! She decides that she wants Karl to be the guy to teach her about sexy time.

Karl thinks his young neighbor is hot but too young fir him. But after coming to her rescue one night he can’t stay away.

Such a cute love story. The characters are defined well enough and there isn’t a messy major conflict getting in the way of our path to an HEA. Yes, there are hot and heavy sexy times but the core of the story is a sweet love story and I love it!!

Well 3 years later and this book didn’t hold up to time. It was an ok time, but I found myself annoyed at how quirky the girl was and how annoying the hero was. The book wasn’t anywhere near as hot as I remembered it being. Maybe books in the last 3 years have upped the bar and now older books just don’t compare?

It’s an age gap romance between Jerusha Graff and Karl McCoy. They were neighbors. Jerusha was on the journey of finding love and experiencing the romantic sides of her with lover hence going on a multiple failed dates n she was fed up with that. She came from very conservative and religious family background where the thing like love were looked as sin. Her father was strict man so except her all other siblings of her lead the life as her father has suggested but she wanted different things from her life n for that her grandmother help by financing her studies n hence her life in Richmond. She was an artist who make the art by knitting hence she recently got opportunity to showcase her art piece in a reputed gallery for which she was excited. She was kind of successful in her art bcoz they were sold in good money so she was financially stable. I love how she was so upfront and clear on what she wants. She was so cool to express her feelings to Karl n yup was forward by confessing her desire.
Karl was a divorcee who got daughter of age eighteen-year-old. He helped her during her shifting n all. He too was attracted to her n that attraction got even intense when she asked her how to be kissed right. From that time onward they make a deal to explore the romantic and physical needs of her. He got basically sign up to teach her about physical human needs on the request of her. It was fun but he was uncertain bcoz he was forty-three and she was just twenty-six hence seventeen-year age gap. One thing leads to another they end up falling in love with each other, though that journey was not easy. Karl had his restaurant and yup he fed her with delicious dishes, guys who can cook are so attractive.
Sweet story and thankfully good plots, overally good read.

Karl and Jerusha had fantastic sexual chemistry. I love the sort of teacher/pupil dynamic where one person shows the other person things that they might not know, or ways that sex could be made so much better and so much more fun. The romance was cute but unnecessary. Instalove rarely works for me. I also thought the daughter, Harper, took way easier than I thought, the fact that her dad was now seeing someone closer to her age rather than his.

The short chapters make it so easy to read but when it's the moment for sexy times, then it's also shorter. Too short for my own liking.
