The idea intrigued me, but the execution disappointed. The writing was really nice, but the plot did not do it for me. Most of it was personal taste (too much descriptions, too much gruesome details) but I also found the book a bit sexist at times. Especially when he followed the different women around. This was just plainly creepy and not necessary for the story.
