Loved this book but I am still waiting for book #3 to come out. I am so curious to find out what happened to all the characters.

Ok so who can tell me why the order would kill Adam's unborn sister? Was she a cluain? How did they know she would be? I don't get. I thought they needed a fourth for the alignment. Can there be a fourth who is not cluain? They might've had a fourth if she was born. But I guess not if Fionn didn't have neutral genes, right? Also, why is Megan so "unique" and Aine not? Just because Meg's mom wasn't a carrier of the mark and she was essentially chosen? And why is it "unique" that Megan is a carrier of the mark and also of royal blood? How could you be a carrier without being of royal blood?
HELP! I'm lost!
Finally, Megan is a terrible name for a Heroine. It's not convincing.

I love this book I can't wait for the next one to come out. I hope that Megan and Adam get a chance at happiness in the end.

Although I did not like this book very much I did enjoy it more than the other book. I still think the elements are super cool but some of the magical aspects were hard to follow. Cu was annoyingly vague when we first met him. I loved the part with Aine and the fox. I love that Caitlin was informed about all that is going on but I feel like she wasn't much help and was just a weakness during the climax of the book. I now feel bad for Megan's dad. He is the only person that doesn't know a clue about anything. I'm so sad that Fionn is dead. He was such a great character. The whole part when Adam was unconscious was probably the best part of the book. I actually fell asleep while reading the climax, but it wasn't that bad! I think I was just really tired. I thought that the way the book was ended was very interesting. I would read another book in this series if one was written.

Okay, I did not like the way this ended, it feels like there should be a third book, I have questions but will never get answers!
