This book is NON-STOP action. It's such a good sequel to The Bridge Kingdom with a satisfying ending. I spent every free minute that I had listening to the audiobook to find out what happened next.

4.5✨ I think i liked this one better than the first. No way to talk about it without spoilers but it was non stop anxiety and action. Only issue was that my kindle said 85% and then it was just over! I figured there was some other twist so that took away from the ending. Still great!

Potential spoilers…..

It was a good sequel, took a minute to get to where it was going & the ending was a tad bit rushed.. But did have a happy ending. Surprisingly, I was a little nervous. But the Aren/Laura back and forth went on again. I get it I do but it was a little much of the same arguments we went over in the first book yes because they didn’t know each other this time I get she betrayed him. But it was maybe a little too much on the whole do we like each other do we love each other? Or are we trying to kill each other?
Did I like the ending yes, because who doesn’t like a happy ending? Would I read it again? No.
