If you liked the first book you’ll also like this, big hints and forewarnings about things to come that I cannot wait to see.

I really enjoyed the first book but unfortunately this book didn’t do it for me. Personally, I’m not a big fan of dream/memory sequences and it felt like half the book was a memory and I just found it boring. None of the intrigue from the first book was really here

I love this author's voice, it really feels familiar yet exciting. The world and characters have pulled me in, and while the magic system could be tighter I am excited for the conclusion of this trilogy.
