I picked this up after being given it as a gift and I gotta say it felt a little out of date. A bunch of these tips felt out of place in today's workplace "Leave Grumpy at home", as well as not necessarily applicable for your everyday worker "Always have cash". On top of this, I felt his writing style and journey to wealth just didn't appeal to me. A meandering journey with no real speed bumps to success.

I did appreciate the legal tips, the amount of litigation experience the author had did provide some background if that ever happened in the future.

One note for the reprinting, you may want to take out the Bill Cosby endorsement.
