HILARIOUS! As usual, JCB makes any car ride infinitely more entertaining when I have her audio books on!

Nothing better then one of the Potato Queens books and this one was just as good as the others.

I cannot really give a full review of this book, because I put it down. While I think her humor is entertaining, it is redundant and lacks variety. A few nuggets here and there may have been comical but by and large this book is the same old thing rehashed again and again and again.

Okay, you have to listen to Jill Conner Browne read this book. Her other books are also fun and hilarious, but I hadn't listened to any of them before. To hear it in her actual voice, that Southern drawl, is priceless.
I'm in my 30's and both my mother (50's) and I were in absolute stitches. Not the best thing to have happen while you're driving.
Ms. Browne brings her inimitable humor once again to the SPQ series and adds yet another wonderful book to the cannon. Short stories interspersed with "advice" (come on, a lot of it is tongue-in-cheek) that will make you want to pyp. (read/listen to the book, you'lll get it.)
There is some language in here so it's not for the faint of heart.

"American Thighs" was funny in a light and fluffy way, but as I was listening I kept on thinking about the next thing I was going to read. I just wasn't as engaged as I normally am with a book.

Once again I wasn't disappointed! I thought I was going to cry after reading the sharpie and the vjay vjay story! I did get kind of frustrated with her preaching! I know I should wear sunscreen so move on! As a larva I except her wisdom but I so love the stories! Can't wait for more!
Thank you Half Price books!!!!!
