if i knew that the story was going to lean towards possession and demons etc i would have NEVER picked this book up because all of this just terrifies me beyond reason ; however it turned out to be rather soft, not very graphic, and i was hooked from the first page. definetly not groundbreaking but i'd say it's pretty effective, would totally help when in a reading slump.

Extremely well written and thought out. But the racing felt off, and the finale was not as satisfying as the lead up. ALL of the character , including the demon, we insufferable humans to read about. But damn was it not effectivel terrifying. Full review eventually .

A deliciously slow descent into madness and possession. I loved every second of this book. Though short the words are precise and the story is a wild ride. I can see why it's a cult classic.
