This is lacking a lot of the archaeological information seen in the previous books, however it is more so focused on Ruth’s relationships with Cathbad and Kate. This does make for a nice change!

I think this is my favorite Ruth Galloway so far. I loved the witchy elements and visiting Pendragon's cottage. That's where I want to live! This novel was very Indiana Jones-like, which was great fun. A friend of Ruth's believes he discovers the remains of King Arthur, who is apparently the hero of a group of white supremacists? Murder quickly follows. But that's okay, because Ruth Galloway, forensic archeologist, is on the case!
