This was a good book, but I’m not so sure it deserves such a high rating. I guess people prefer parables over regular books about leadership? Anyway, this book is a nice little read. I personally thought it was a bit obvious and adds little to the leadership book market. It’s a nice story and has some good quotes, but overall, seems overrated.
