I found Angel Baby through a friend's blog, My Life Through a Book, and I am exceedingly happy to have decided to pick it up. So, thank you Elle for letting me know about this adorable, sweet and loving story!

This story has everything you can ask for; great leading characters, a romance to melt your heart with, a steady pace and the most adorable baby out there.

Claudia is an inspiring leading female. She's lost her husband and had to go through her pregnancy all on her own, yet she still holds strong. She puts her baby, Sarah, ahead of everything but never once complains about it. She's capable of great love and kindness, and she's proud, but not to the point that she refuses to listen to others because of it. She was very sweet, and I loved her!

Sarah is Claudia's infant daughter and one heck of an adorable baby!! *Squeak* she is too cute for words! The characters tend to call her "Angel Baby" because of her angelic face, but beware this little kid once she gets moving. She's fast as lightning and likes stairs too much for her own good :P

Chase is yummy. Sorry, had to put that out there. He's the man who saves Claudia and Sarah's life and later on, becomes Claudia's boss. He's kind and caring, but does everything in his powers to hide that behind a stoic, uncaring and unmoving facade... which Claudia sees right through, of course. He always comes to Claudia's rescue and is never mean to her, at least not intentionally. He often worries for her and doesn't want to take advantage of her.

These two (Claudia and Chase, not Chase and Sarah... though them too.) are attracted to each other immediately, naturally, creating one sweet romance, once they allowed each other to have one. Their relationship builds over time, which is something I always love in books, and is well-based and built. You will wholeheartedly believe they are meant for one another (and fate'll agree with you), and eagerly wait the moment they'll get together. There wasn't any anguish--no big drama and huge misunderstandings setting their relationship back, just a cute, sweet, moving love story about two people falling in love.

The ending was so adorable!!! Not that that's surprising, considering this entire story's just too cute for words. It also had me grinning so widely I feared my jaw's gonna break (especially when Chase played with Baby Sarah... Cutest thing in the world *dreamy sigh*)

This book opens with a message from the author, explaining why the book was never published before, even though it was written ten years ago. I was really sad to hear they didn't think it fit what they wanted, as it is so cute and lovely.

If you like cute stories and amazing love, I think this book's definitely for you. Pick it up. Like... now!

It's a very sweet book. I really enjoyed the instant events in the start of the book and then the build up and development of the relationship later on. Sarah the baby is SO precious and a little daredevil! Her biting to learn thing she does reminds me of my nephew. EVERYTHING goes into his mouth. I love the roller coaster the romance goes through, it makes it more relate-able to the reader and it makes you stop and think of relationships you or your friends have gone through. Great book.

I found this book very enjoyable. Right from the beginning my interest was peaked. The characters were all easy to like and relate to. I appreciated the fact that there was only a little conflict and it was well executed and believable. Sometimes chick lit authors can get way over the top and lose their way in the on again off again romance of their characters. It was nice to read a story that kept me on wanting more without making me painfully have to wait it out. It was a quick and delightful read with just enough romance to satisfy me.

I liked this book and the characters in it, but I wanted more scenes where the main characters do things together. Also, Sarah wasn’t shown much, and I wanted to see how Chase and Claudia interacted with her.

There were some side characters, but they were in the background and didn’t really have personalities.

A very sweet romance with a good meet cute. I was happy with the characters and the relationship development. Some of the errors were a bit distracting. I purchased this in the set "Sinfully Sweet"

ANGEL BABY, a contemporary romance, draws you in from the beginning. Claudia Warren is neither at home or near a hospital when she goes into labor. One month early and having had Braxton-Hicks contractions for awhile, she finally accepts that this is the real thing. Chase Paxton, in the area, comes to her aid.

Single and without any experience with babies or pregnant women, Chase drops everything to help this young woman. He ends up assisting in the delivery and then she is whisked off to the hospital. He knows very little about this woman who entered his life so abruptly. Both want to see how each one is doing but neither can find the other. And so it is kismet when months later 'Claude' applies for a job and who, you guessed it, is going to be her new boss?

The plot device has been done before. Both the hero and heroine had some issues while they were children and it seeped into adulthood. How the author got them past their trust issues, successfully blended the intense chemistry and tension within their relationship and kept the interest flowing was surprisingly well-done for a kindle edition. I will look out for more from this author.
