Great continuation of the Superhuman universe. Loved getting a look at how the world is changing a few years later with so many possible powered people available.
Quite liked the new characters, Issa and Devon. They were believably teenagers while still fun characters. Looking forward to seeing what Evan does with Nova as well.
Hopefully we'll get to see more of Hale in the future- it definitely seems like Evan is planning to bring him back at some point.
Biggest problem with the book was that there were quite a few typos- he instead of she popped up a few times, sword instead of smoke, multiple missing spaces, etc. It could use another editing run.
Will definitely be picking up the next book in the series!

This book was epic! Evan Currie is now officially my favourite author, this man can do no wrong. Hopefully this will be a series.
PS. I love how the author's recent works are featuring leading women who are just as badass as their male counterparts, if not more so.
