Okay, we’re finally starting to get a better idea on what the heck is going on here. I mean, it isn’t a great idea yet, but it’s a better one. What drew me into the series originally was the trailer where they kept repeating ‘where is Kitty Pryde’ over and over again. The use of repetition made the whole thing seem really creepy and intriguing – the fact that I like Kitty didn’t hurt either. Still, I was sad when that repetition didn’t carry beyond the first issue…until this one! It wasn’t as much, but it was something and I’ll take it.
There are so many teams working on different disasters that it’s almost hard to keep track of it all. They’re mostly focusing on the X-Men (duh) but they’ve made a point of telling us what most of the other superheroes are up to as well (likely to justify their lack of response when shit really starts hitting the fans).

A strange turn of event that's for sure. But definitely a good and original comic with a lot of characters and interesting one which is even better! Loved it!
