Beautiful story by Dickens, reminding us of the spirit of Christmas and telling us to be kinder, doing what we can for those in need.
Finally got around to reading this on Christmas! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

I won't rate this because I don't want to lower my yearly average. Let's just say even my 16 year old crush Hugh Grant couldn't save this one for me.
The last ten minutes were cute though lol.

A Christmas Carol is a wonderful book, so much better than when you read it with school…
I love how it is showing the creation of a cruel, miserable man who was corrupted by money and how the spirits of past present and future walk you through his mistakes and make him realise how people see him and the consequences of his actions if he does not make amends.
Simply a wonderful read..
Best to read in winter but I (for some reason) decided to read it in the midst of summer.

Loved it! First Dickens book I've ever read, but it's a great story, and one that will likely become a December tradition in my life!
