An exciting continuation of Rose and Peter, and Meredith’s story from book 1! And we’re introduced to a new character, the Ocean Prince, who’s imprisoned and provides a fourth POV.
I enjoyed reading about Rose and Peter’s continued relationship and their search for the Ocean Prince. The unrelenting storms and its effects on the land made for some great tension.
And most of all, I enjoyed watching Meredith come into her own and finally find her happiness. It ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, and I’m looking forward to book 3!

This book is so creatively and beautifully written. The author spins a fantasy world into being that's set in a time of old. With characters that you not only fall in love with but also identify with them, their struggles, and their wins. With budding romance on the horizon, everyone trying to find their place in the world. The author cleverly spins the mysterious tale, unraveling clues along the way that take you deep into the society of the merpeople. Grab this series & take a journey into this fantasy world. Start with book 1 "The Sea Rose".
