Enjoyable but not profound enough of a memoir for me
I liked the writing style, quotes and recipes
It’s also an inspiring and hopeful book which mostly earned it its 4 star review

I will admit I don't really follow Hilarie Burton Morgan- Sure, I watched her on One Tree Hill and have enjoyed her work when I've seen it, same with her husband, but I don't really follow what she's doing. I think I picked this up more so because I love anything with a New England setting (rural upstate NY is close enough). I fell in love with the small town she describes and it's always been a dream for me to one day move up North, albeit I don't really want to live on a farm (it's a lot of work, respect to the people who do it)! I became easily entranced by Hilarie's voice and she seems like such a genuine and cool person and I appreciate her honesty and vulnerability. This book was like a cozy autumn day, and I absolutely adored it.

I really enjoyed the book. Lots of good insights into life and finding your spot in it.

This book is really good! I've loved Hilarie Burton ever since One Tree Hill. And this book made me love her even more.

Ainda tentando digerir que acabei esse livro... hands-down um dos meus favoritos da vida agora. Hilarie é tão honesta, tão com os pés no chão... sei lá, deem uma chance e leiam.
