I enjoyed this first story in the Giulia Driscoll series although I felt like I was missing some character background at times. I'm looking forward to reading more in this series.

A mix of smart detective work and good ol' fashioned Catholicism solves the crime! Guilia, former nun, runs her own detective agency and has 2 cases that end up running together. Quirky fun characters and wise cracking jokes (many with Catholic humor) make for a great read. But, you don't have to be Catholic or religious to enjoy the story!
