This was a super enjoyable, brief piece of sequential art. The wordless pages take you on such a dark yet oddly humorous journey. I really loved it.

Gorgeous animation — it’s etched!

Short on story.

Funny and dark. I like that there are no words but you can tell exactly what’s going on.

This book is perfection. By the time I got around to reading it, I couldn't remember what it was about or why I put it on hold at the library. I am really glad I went into it not knowing what would happen because it turns out differently than my presuppositions based on the cover and the title. So if you want to read the book and have the same experience, don't keep reading this...
It is a wordless graphic novel where Death begins therapy (Death Jr., maybe? Death III? It is up to interpretation). It doesn't appear Death wants to pursue the life laid out for them. It is a discussion of living up to family expectations and following your truth. It brought up a lot of emotions for me, but humor was the one I wasn't expecting.

Come for the story, stay for the illustrations and printing.

This is an almost wordless book about Death. The Edward Gorey-style art is so perfect you could frame it!
