When I first put this on hold at my library, I didn't realize it was a one-shot. I'm glad it was though, able to wrap everything up by the time I finished. The art was cool at time, but the style made it very hard to distinguish between characters at times and the dialogue squares that served as voiceover left you wondering who was even talking.
I like the plot idea, the evolution of Scott, and the ending. But his change was done way too fast and there wasn't enough context given with it to allow the reader to fully understand the change that took place. I think a seventh issue somewhere in the middle might have provided the required space to include that information.
