I found this book to be not as good as I had hopes for. I really wanted more mystery and more ghosts. To me the Dead detective agency meant ghosts. The story was not as exciting as I thought it would be. I was really hoping for me than what this book gave me. It didn't keep me interested and I had to struggle through it. was to me less than satisfying. Also I really engaged with all the characters in this mystery including Tori, her friends Carmon & Abe and the police detective on her case. I was less interested in Seamus and he seemed quite peripheral to the story which is odd considering this is the first book in the series and from what I understand Seamus is likely to the only character that returns. The mystery itself was fine but I guessed quite early on who the secondary viliian was.
