oooh... I'm not too happy about this.
Honestly, I'm such a big fan of Kerri's books, Kingdom of the Wicked was my nr1 read the year it was released and I was SO looking forward to this that maybe, just maybe, it is what let me down a bit.

It was way too much about relationships, too little mysterious stuff, witchcraft and anything else I loved about the first book.

I really hope this was just a "second book" thing and that the third book will blow me away again.

I think there is a lot of forced smut in this book and it loses the plot. But there's not enough spice to call this a spicy book. It's just a book with spice that doesn't have a lot of substance. It was also rather predictable, and I knew what was going to happen throughout most of it.

Review:
This book was described to me as “better than the first one” multiple times. And I agree, it was so entertaining!

But, his personality is barely there, I want more emotions

Emilia is in hell with Wrath and she is still on a mission to find out what happened to her sister. While she is there she tested in many ways and has to figure out who she really is.

Absolutely shocked with this books ending I actually felt like I needed to sit with that ending for a day before I moved onto the next book because I was in utter shock but also happy with part of the ending.

So so good but nervous for the next one for some reason
