Okay. It’s time for me to write this amazing review. I’ve sat in traffic for two hours trying to get to work on time and failed. I’m about to have my second cup of coffee so hopefully everything makes sense in this review.

Warning: tons of spoilers.

Truth: Part 1 was fucking amazing. Oh should I have warned you that I’ll probably cuss in this review? No? Okay.

Okay so we are back into this wolf packs world and I am so freaking happy. I wanted to know how everyone was and what everyone was doing. Plus after the cliffhanger I was basically dying inside because ANNA WAS FREAKING ALIVE. yup. The dead girl isn’t dead. Meanwhile I’m wondering how the duck Ryder never knew? Like didn’t he realize his parents were away for too long? Or that they could’ve been hiding this huge secret from him? I mean we all knew his parents sucked major balls and were evil from the beginning so it didn’t really surprise me what they did to poor Anna. It made me cringe though. So much cringing!

Now Anna was such a lovable character. I felt so bad for her because she could only remember her parents. Like how awful would it be to have people tell you you have a brother and for you not wanting to hear or believe that. Then the whole Kellan thing I was kind of sad about but I seriously needed Max to move on from Alice. Like real quick.

Speaking of Alice. I AM SO MAD I DIDN’T SEE HER IN THIS BOOK. I BETTER GET A WHOLE BUNCH OF ALICE IN THE NEXT ONE DAMMIT!

Then there’s Sam and Bane. Their relationship is weird but cute. It’s like a train wreck that you can’t look away from. You know it’s weird and bad for you to watch but you still keep on doing it.

Then there’s the slight family reunion between Anna and Ryder which was kind of bittersweet and a little underwhelming. I just want Ryder to forgive Max and move on with his life. HOT DAMN! Does he not realize that he has Alice?!?

Back to the Kellan thing, I’m sad because he still loves her and she still loves him but I also didn’t think they were going to become an item again. I just really like her and Max. They share an awful moment in history that they both regret and it gave them a chance to heal and talk about it. I love them together and I definitely want to see more of that.

Overall, I loved this book. I read it in like an hour but took way too long to write this review. Damn you sleep and work!! I’m not a fan of cliffhangers because god damn it Jessica you are really good at them. I NEED PART TWO ASAP!
