At this point, the Moors feel a bit overdone. I was kind of bored while reading this book, but I think the actual content was pretty good. I liked getting to know Kade better, but everything else felt a bit tired.

I am tired of the Wolcotts.
Hopefully we're now done with them in this series

Amazing. This one is really really short and just provides closure on book two, so it feels more like one of the mini novellas in between the main series than a whole story on its own. Still loved it though! I thinkkkkk Down Among the Sticks and Bones has been my favorite book so far, so it was nice to complete our time with Jack and Jill finally.

Not my favourite installment. I wanted to like it more since I loved the second book, which was also about Jack, but this one was off. It felt like two-thirds of it was just setup, with a quick resolution tacked on at the end. And it's not that I didn't agree with what the resolution was, I just found it to be very rushed. And I really didn't like anything to do with Cora.

Hoping to like the next one more.
