The Pigeon is worried about going to school. What happens at school and so many what ifs. The best part ... how does the pigeon GO to school!
It's a slightly longer picture book then I usually share at my family storytime. The ages of kiddos range from birth to 4 and today's scene was closer to 2-3's. Everyone sat well and listened. I'm glad I started off with this longer book at storytime.

All pigeon books are great. My nephew and I read this and he really enjoyed it.

Yet another fantastic book from Mo Wilems, perfect for the anxious kid who might have apprehension about going to school for the first time or starting up for the new school year. I love it because it taps into the apprehension that all of us, adults included, have about going into new situations and diffuses it with humor, terrific illustrations, and assurance. Destined to be a hit with kids and their adults.
