My son was entertained. I liked how smart the nephew was and the plot. I really do not like Trap; he is a bully. I imagine we will be reading more about this mouse in the future.

This is only the third Geronimo book, but it's one of the best ones so far. Geronimo gets lost on his way to his aunt's house. So, he stops at a castle that used to belong to cats. Strange things happen while he's there. A ghost, a witch, a mummy and bones of mice and rats. The only person who believes him is his nephew. In the end, they realize it's all just a prank by the two young cats that live there. They try to keep unwanted visitors away. Geronimo talks them into opening the castle as a haunted house. They love the idea and over time, it helps them do repairs on the castle.

Geronimo Stilton never fails me - a great book!

I absolutely adored the insight I got into my childhood self when reading this... definitely a lot of fun!

It is funny, mysterious and spooky in a kids level. It was good to me and I knew it was a prank all along. What I didn't understand is that cats are the same size of mice??? And it's a little too telling the story in a very rushed way kind of book...
