Me decepcionó.

Pinche Sherlock, gracias, supongo.

Disappointing. There are interesting tidbits about the brain and the chemical processes in it, but all in all — it's just another shitty self-help book that's going to tell you if you want to be happy — be happy, almost verging on toxic positivity.

I also didn't like the narrative contradiction — in one chapter the psychologist wants you to not think about the bad things in your life and try to be happy, and in the other — she advises never ignore those things, because you have to identify them and admit/work on yourself.

Dude, I know! Give me if not advice that can help me, at least exercises (and no, controlled breathing is not worth it).

Thanks Sherlock, I guess.
