This is a really exciting continuation of the Rewind Agency series. It was hard to put this book down. Lara is an awesome heroine- she's feisty and headstrong and does not know the meaning of the term "give up". She is one of my new favourite leading ladies.

This is the 2nd book in a series. You need to read the first book to not be lost.
It picks up with Lara being a prisoner. They have her trapped in this virtual reality world where she can not tell the difference between real and fake.
I love that she is such a strong character. No matter what happens she doesn't whine about everything. She knows that if she wants something she has to go get it herself.
The characters really keep developing well. Donovan is such a great romance interest. Takes some time to get used to him but they are great together.

I had a hard time rating this. I wanted to give it a 5 but some of the stuff was REALLY difficult to read, specifically what happened in the VR world. I didn't like that AT ALL and I wish the author hadn't done that.
Other than that, such a great book. A great time travel / virtual reality series with mostly good characters. I loved Lara and Donovan and hated Rex, which is how it should be. Can't wait to read the next!
