I never know what to say about poetry collections. They feel like such personal things and using words like evocative, vivid, visceral, unique, idiosyncratic… just doesn’t feel like enough. I mean, this collection *is* all of those things I just don’t have the capacity to put it any more eloquently than a list of simple descriptors. I’ll just say that I really liked this collection of poems and I think others should read it.
