There's a grandmother that comes to our story times and likes to correct me in front of the kids if I pronounce things wrong, so this was a poor choice for me. There are a lot of difficult Dino names. That being said, the kids loved it. And I like books that attempt to educate kids about dino names rather than saying "long necks" or some equivalent.

A cute slightly rhyming story. I loved that they used real dinosaur names, which will surely be a hit with some of my littles that know everything about dinos.

I think this one will be perfect to pair with Koo Koo Kanga Roo's 'Dino Stomp' for storytime.

This is such a colorful book with happy looking dinosaurs; which was the goal when Scott Nash created the illustrations for this book.

The story itself has a very fun vibe and has lots of different dinosaur names which are dipicted in the pictures. This would be a great bedtime story for Dino lovers. It is educational while fun and includes mentions of Cretaceous and Cenozoic eras.

Beautiful, colourful illustrations and a very clever way to introduce the different dinosaur names (even if they were a bit of a tongue twister!). The rhyming element helped the bounce along and my son very much enjoyed the story.

I can't believe I don't own this one! This is one of my all-time favorites that I used to read at children's storytime back when I worked for the bookstore. It's great and kids love the rhyme and the "Boomalaka Boomalaka, Whack - Whack -Whack!"

The pictures were pretty decent but the author tried so hard to include dinosaur nomenclature and rhymes that the story suffered.
