January cookbook club:
This one I liked! At the moment we don’t have an oven so I didn’t personally make any recipes from this one yet but I loved the back and forth between southern cooking and New Mexican cuisine - lots of hatch green chiles!
Want to try: caramelized green beans, ground beef and pickle tacos, chicken asparagus sheet pan dinner, pimento and green Chile Rollup’s and oatmeal creme pie muffins (!!!)

Super fun and cute to read. I like Jesse and Julie! I stopped at 4 recipes though because I only liked one of them :(
Apple cheddar biscuits were AMAZING
Crab linguine was just okay
Chicken asparagus sheet pan meal was underwhelming
Cherry limeade was way too sour
