This book really grabbed me. I loved the narration and the story. If you liked The Alice Network, you'd like this. Different setting and story but similar themes.

I finally finished reading The Giver of Stars!

This book brings forth the issues which women face in the past (I think it's terrible that women still face it until today), and how people considered books to bring nothing but trouble - I think that at that time, men just don't want women to read so they will do anything to stop women get their hands on a book.

If you want to feel inspired by tenacious women, then I would recommend this book!
