One of the best books in the field of management. An excellent critique of the serious and pervasive problems facing current scholarly work in business schools. The author also highlights how scholars in management can transition toward more meaningful and useful work. Definitely required reading for anyone in the field of management, and recommended for anyone who wants an idea of the challenges currently facing the field.
